Rusty Lake acknowledged save corruption and missing inventory items around launch. The official posts identify version 1.5.6 as the current hotfix and describe recovery support for affected saves.

Players have also reported basement-entry progression trouble, an alchemy interaction not triggering, laundry issues, fullscreen performance problems, window resizing limitations and Steam achievement sync questions.
